Want to be able to encourage your student to practice more often?

It's pretty hard to control how your student practices outside of lessons. So we created PRA-02 Practice Session Breakdown, a resource to help you plan out your student's practice session so they know exactly what to practice. It's incredibly effective and you will notice your student developing faster. More

New lesson material: Practice session breakdown template

A new resource has been added to the Lesson Materials Page to help you control how your student practices outside of lessons. The template allows you to specifically describe what your student should be practicing and how long they should spend on each area.

This gives you a way to make sure your student focuses on the right areas and to encourage them to practice regularly. The included instructions give you two examples on how you could use the template.

Access the lesson here: PRA-02 Practice Session Breakdown

There are other similar resources in the PRA series to help keep track of your student's progress. Check out the Lesson Materials Page to access these resources.

About this lesson

This template can be used to help your student plan out their practice sessions. When used the right way it will encourage your student to practice more often and to focus better when practicing. You can change things around and update the sheet over time when your student needs to move on to new things. This is a valuable tool as it is very hard to control your student's practice habits outside of lessons. The included instructions gives you two examples showing how you could fill the template out.
