EXE-02 Finger Spider

About this lesson

This exercise is very similar to EXE-01 but more complex. So only give your student this exercise if they have mastered EXE-01. The exercise works at developing the same skills and will help your student:

  • Stretch their fingers out
  • Increase finger dexterity
  • Help the student move four fingers at once
This exercise is very much like a 'tongue-twister' for the fingers. It can take some time for your student to get the hang of it, but all effective exercises should be that way.
